Internship Rules & Code of Conduct

These rules are applicable to all interns during their tenure with Graphura India Private Limited. Violation of these rules may lead to disciplinary action, including termination or legal proceedings.

1. Leave Approval Process
1.1 Leave Eligibility:
  • 3 month internship program → Maximum of 10 days leave.
  • 4-month internship → Maximum of 12 days leave.
  • 6-month internship → Maximum of 20 days leave.
  • Exceeding the allotted leave quota will result in ineligibility for ICC certification.
1.2 Application Procedure:
  • Leave requests must be submitted 48 hours in advance, along with all supporting documents.
  • Leave is valid only after official approval is received via the company’s official mail ID (Official@graphura.in.)
1.3 Emergency Leave:
  • In urgent cases, seniors must be informed immediately, keeping official@graphura.in in CC.
  • Leave will only be approved once the reviewing senior responds with confirmation.
  • Until approval is granted, leave requests remain unapproved.
1.4 Unauthorized Leave:
  • Absence without information or approval will result in immediate termination.
1.5 Late Attendance & Missed Deadlines:
  • If an intern arrives 5 minutes late for 2 consecutive days, it will be treated as 1 day of leave.
  • If an intern misses task deadlines twice consecutively, it will also be treated as 1 day of leave.
  • Such instances will be deducted from the allotted leave quota.
2. Professional Conduct & Behaviour
2.1 Respect for Seniors:
  • Disrespect towards seniors or employees—in meetings, text, or otherwise—will not be tolerated.
2.2 Unapproved Groups:
  • Formation of unofficial groups, forums, or communities under the company’s name is prohibited.
2.3 Meetings & Professional Etiquette:
  • Interns must join meetings on time. A delay of more than 5 minutes will not be entertained.
  • Meetings announced in advance with fixed timings must be respected.
  • Repeated delays (3 warnings) will result in termination.
  • Proper attire and professional conduct are mandatory during all official meetings.
2.4 Deadlines & Deliverables:
  • Failure to meet deadlines on three or more occasions will result in termination.
  • Work submitted must be original, accurate, and free of plagiarism.
2.5 Confidentiality:
  • Interns must not disclose, share, or misuse company data, projects, or client information.
  • Breach of confidentiality may result in legal action.
2.6 Use of Company Resources:
  • Company-provided tools, emails, and platforms must be used strictly for official purposes.
  • Unauthorized use or tampering will invite disciplinary action.
2.7 Social Media Policy:
  • Interns may not post or share company-related information on personal social media without approval.
  • Any activity that harms the company’s reputation will invite strict action.
2.8 Grievance Redressal:
  • Any concerns or disputes should be raised with designated seniors or HR, not through informal channels.
3. Disciplinary Actions

Warning System: In most cases, interns will receive a warning before strict action.
Termination: Immediate termination may occur in cases of misconduct, repeated delays, or unauthorized leave.
Legal Action: The company reserves the right to take legal action within 15 days for serious violations.
